Wonderware Mobility - IntelaTrac

Additionally, paper-based systems do not offer focused advice to correct issues at the time of observation. IntelaTrac automates the manual data collection process, provides needed focused advice to operators and allows operations management to get immediate feedback on the execution of the rounds and the data that has been collected (with instant visibility to exceptions, warnings and errors).

The system has been proven again and again to drive reductions in energy costs, and maintenance costs while helping to reduce plant downtime and increase product quality and plant performance (reported savings of up to 5% in overall maintenance costs, 1% in plant downtime, 2% in operating efficiencies, and 20% in workforce productivity, etc.).
