Wonderware Central Customer Announcement

As you are aware, Wonderware North (formerly Wonderware NorthEast) has replaced Wonderware Central as the Wonderware distributor for Northwest Ohio, Lower Michigan, Indiana, Northern/Central Illinois and Eastern Iowa.

We are excited to introduce Wonderware North to you and your organization.  We have sales resources traveling throughout the territory so if you would like to meet with us, please don't hesitate to contact us at 877.900.4996 or at sales@wonderwarenorth.com. 

As a guide to help you with the Wonderware North organization, we’ve have created the following FAQs.

FAQ’s for former Wonderware Central customers:

1. Wonderware North Local Sales Support - Set up a meeting.
   Wonderware North Sales Resources are traveling throughout the territory and are available to meet with customers and help with any needs you may have.  If you would like to meet with a sales representative, simply e-mail us at sales@wonderwarenorth.com or call us at 877.900.4996 to set up a time.
2. What happened to the order I placed with Wonderware Central that was not fulfilled?
   Call Bill Bullotta or email your legacy PO/quote to him at bbullotta@wonderwarenorth.com.  Bill will let you know the steps to take to get your order processed expeditiously.
3. Who do I contact for technical support?
   Call 877-900-4996 and you’ll be directed to our technical support group.  Visit our support page to learn more about our award winning support services.
4. What exactly is the new Wonderware North territory?
   The former Wonderware Central territory will now be handled by Wonderware North and Wonderware Great Plains, and is based upon the following zip codes:
   
   Wonderware North is responsible for customers in the following zip code ranges:
   
   Northwest Ohio – Zip Code (433xx – 436xx, 448xx, 449xx, 458xx)
   Lower Michigan – Zip Code (380xx – 49779, 49782, 49786, 49787, 49789, 49791, 49792, 49794 – 497xx)
   Indiana – All
   Illinois – Zip Code (600xx – 619xx, 624xx – 627xx)
   Eastern Iowa – Zip Code (526xx – 528xx)
   
   Wonderware Great Plains (www.wonderwaregp.com) is responsible for customers in the following zip code ranges:
   
   Illinois – Zip Code (620xx – 623xx, 628xx – 629xx)
   Eastern Missouri – All
5. Who do I contact for general sales help?
   The Wonderware Corporate Sales Team is responsible for all former Wonderware Central customers.  Call 877.900.4996 and ask for Bill Bullotta, Hugh Butler or Darren Kline.
6. Who do I contact for training information?
   Training classes for the region are already set and can be viewed on our training schedule (View the Wonderware North Training Schedule). If you have other questions or needs surrounding training please call 877.900.4996 and ask for Rhoda Beitzel (Training Coordinator).
7. Will you have an office in your new territory?
   We have a full sales, support and training office in Indianapolis and will be setting up a central region headquarters office in the Chicagoland area.
8. Can you help me set Wonderware North up as a vendor in our system?
   We strive to make doing business with Wonderware North as easy as possible and can quickly send you our vendor information so that you can set us up in your system.  Simply e-mail us at sales@wonderwarenorth.com to receive our vendor information packet.
9. How can I learn more about your offerings?
